Refunds/ Cancellations Policy

We at Cad Care, take pride in the services we provide and guarantee your satisfaction with our services and support. We continually enhance and strive to deliver the best services through our applications. However, in case if there are any issues with our services, please contact us immediately and our admin team will address the issue - provide a refund for any unused service within the expiry date (if applicable, generally within 30 days of payment) or offer credits that can be used for other services.

Refunds: All Refunds requested by the customer (once approved by Cad Care), shall be routed to the same payment method through which the Transaction was processed either through – RazorPay or GooglePay, and shall hence forth follow the respective Refunds policies.

Note: Cad Care shall not be considered in breach of its Satisfaction Guarantee policy or default under any terms of service, and shall not be liable to the user for any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligations by reason of earthquake, flood, fire, storm, lightning, drought, landslide, hurricane, cyclone, typhoon, tornado, natural disaster, act of God or the public enemy, epidemic, famine or plague, action of a court or public authority, change in law, explosion, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labor strike, lockout, boycott or similar event beyond our reasonable control, whether foreseen or unforeseen (each a "Force Majeure Event").
